Generation J


Your heart’s desire is to see your children begin a lifelong, joyous relationship with Jesus Christ. We share that desire and make it our mission. We are the caring staff and volunteers of Generation J. We work and pray hard to create a loving, safe environment where children can come to know Christ, love Him, and serve Him.

Connecting Points for Kids:

These programs focus on children ages newborn to fourth grade. We also have
programs for preteens (fifth and sixth-graders)

Sunday Morning Programs (Doors open @ 9:45am):

  • Childcare: Caring volunteers will watch your children while you are able to receive the full morning teaching. At 10:40, you will be asked to pick up your child as the Childcare will be converted to an open nursery. (Ages newborn – 2)
  • Toddler Time: Activities and fun await your little ones. With lessons that are ‘just right’ for their growing minds, walls that are ready for them to color with chalk and seats that are just their size, your child will have a fantastic time! (Ages 2-4)
  • JZone: An action-packed 45 minutes of teaching, skits, games and videos. Along with puppet shows and songs, your child will enjoy their time learning about God and starting their relationship with Him. (Ages 5-9)
  • Live Wire: A time that will stimulate your child to start critically thinking about the bible and their relationship with God. (Ages 10-11)

Wednesday Evening Programs:

  • JTime: A taste of fun-filled Jzone for 25 mins then your child will be grouped with peers of their own age to be taught bible stories at their age level. (Ages 5-10)

Children’s Choir:

  • Joyful worship for children. Choir practices are held every Wednesday @ 7:10 pm. Your child is then released to their appropriate classes. (Ages 5-12)

Junior Signing Team:

  • Your child will receive instruction and enjoy another way to worship God and continue to build their relationship with Him. Practices are on Tuesdays and they perform at various times in the Sanctuary. (Ages 6-11)

Bridge Builders:

  • Our monthly meeting typically consist of prayer, exercise, bible lesson, meal and activity. The goal of Bridge Builders is to have our boys establish a mentoring relationship with men of God so that when they mature into young men they will be able to have sources to seek wise counsel and Godly wisdom.(Ages 8-12)
