July Family Date Night Challenge
The final month of our Date Night Challenge is here! We've spent the past two months encouraging intentional time together, and now it's time to include the whole family. Life gets busy. Schedules fill up. Screens compete for our attention. But some of the moments our children will remember most are the simple ones… laughing together, sharing a meal, exploring somewhere new, or simply being fully present with one another.
This month, we challenge every family to intentionally plan one family date night. It doesn't have to be elaborate or expensive. Whether you have a pizza picnic at the park, grab ice cream together, or play board games at home, make the time count. Let's finish this challenge by investing in what matters most, building strong, Christ-centered families.

Back to School Rally & Backpack Giveaway
Join us on Saturday, August 8, from 11:00 AM–1:00 PM for one of CLC’s biggest community events of the year! Enjoy free lunch, sno cones, games, live music, community resources, and more. Backpacks filled with school supplies will be distributed beginning at 12:00 PM while supplies last. Children must be present to receive a backpack. Invite your friends and help us bless families as we celebrate the start of a new school year together!

Mission Trip to the Dominican Republic
October 19-26 we will be heading to the Dominican Republic to partner with missionaries Brad and Lycia Schreckhise for a life-changing one-week mission trip. You will serve alongside local churches, build meaningful relationships, and experience a vibrant, welcoming culture. The estimated cost is $1,800 per person and includes airfare, lodging, meals, local transportation, sightseeing, and travel insurance, while participants are responsible for passport costs, personal expenses, snacks, and cell phone usage. To reserve your place, please submit a non-refundable $50 registration fee, which will be applied toward the total cost of the trip.

This is a three-week course in which you will learn more about our church, New Testament salvation, and the many ways you can be involved here at CLC. The class takes place on Sunday’s at 10:30 AM in the Youth Chapel (lower level). We look forward to meeting you and helping you discover all that God has for your life!
