Michael and Rebecca Ensey became senior pastor of Christian Life Center in August of 2017. Their ministry involvement includes twenty years pursuing their passion in youth ministry and gaining valuable experience in organizational leadership, He is an ordained minister of the United Pentecostal Church International.

Michael is also the founder and president of Christian Life & Leadership Ministries. CLLM was founded with a focus on helping people increase theircapacity and fulfill their potential by living and leading well. Michael was born and raised in Texas and is a graduate of Texas Bible College (Bachelor of Theology). After college, he served for ten years as assistant/youth pastor at Living Way Church in Conroe, Texas. Seven of those years he also served as youth president of the UPCI Texas District. He then served eight years as an executive (Director of Promotion, Secretary/Treasurer and General Youth President) of the UPCI Youth Ministries in St. Louis, Missouri. He graduated with honors in 2021 from Urshan Graduate School of Theology with a masters degree in theology.

Michael believes that ministry is a team effort and he is very thankful for his wife, best friend, and ministry partner, Rebecca. She was born and raised in Seattle, Washington, and also attended Texas Bible College. She has a love for people that is tangible and impacting. She is involved in a variety of ministry endeavors at CLC and is the founder of the I Love My Citycommunity organization. She is passionate about her family and she loves helping people achieve spiritual, emotional, and physical health as a fitness instructor at the Licking County Family YMCA in Newark, Ohio.

The Enseys married in the summer of 1999 and are blessed with two boys, Lincoln and Grant, and one daughter, Avery. Their children love Ohio and love being part of Christian Life Center! They are all involved in a variety of ministries at CLC.

Bishop Kirk is a man of prayer and a man of the Word. He and Sister Alice Kirk married in 1964 and were blessed with four boys (Mark, David, Philip and James). He is a graduate of Parkersburg Bible College and has a certificate in counseling from Lorain County Community College. They served as pastor in Elyria, Ohio, for twenty-two years before being elected as senior pastor of CLC in 1988. He served in that capacity until becoming bishop in 2009. He is an ordained minister with the Assemblies of the Lord Jesus Christ and has served in various leadership capacities within that organization, including as the OH District Superintendent from 2006 to 2011.
